If we stop for a moment and consider the wider implications of how BCC is treating SEND families, they are truly horrifying. You can see it of course in the 'liveable neighbourhood' nonsense too. People with disabilities are being treated like they just do not matter. Despite all the waffle about diversity and inclusion. All just hot air and no substance.
